Policy and Fees:

Hours: Appointments are available from Monday to Saturday and range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.  

Prices range: from $38.00 to $190.00

Emergency treatments are available after hours for an additional $50.00 fee plus the regular treatment cost. To book an emergency treatment, please call our office at 250-575-5010.

Booking Policy:

We reserve a time slot exclusively for you and aim to be ready for your arrival. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at least 24 hours in advance or change/cancel your appointment online. If you are unable to reach us, please leave a message on our voicemail system.  

Note: Missed appointments prevent us from serving other clients and cost us time and resources. If you fail to show up for your appointment without giving us a minimum of 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 100% of the treatment fee. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
